At trainingbrillian, we understand that plans can change. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of event planning services.

Cancellation Timeline & Fees

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time between cancellation notice and scheduled event date:

Deposit Policy

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of the total estimated cost. This deposit secures your event date and covers initial planning expenses.

Important: While deposits are non-refundable, they may be applied to a rescheduled event within 12 months, subject to availability and approval.

Rescheduling Events

We understand that circumstances change. Rescheduling options:

  • First Reschedule: No additional fee if done 60+ days before event
  • 30-59 Days: 15% rescheduling fee applies
  • Less than 30 Days: Subject to availability and 25% fee

Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures beyond our control), we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost or provide a full refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable vendor costs.
